Question / Help overlay and video capture device

so i have this overlay that i want to use for dota so what i did was change the setting on the webcam it self so it can fit into the overlay just right
but the problem i ran into was that my other scenes also changed now everything else doesnt look right

is there any type of plugin that can help keep my setting for each scenes different just like the mic and speaker plugin
