Question / Help Overlapping issues with Window Capture

Hello,

When I first use OBS to stream my art on Picarto.tv, it didn't have any overlapping of other windows so my viewers only see my artwork and not my open web despite it overlapping my art program.

BUT now I want to stream again and it start overlapping with other windows....

I am using Window Capture.

When I went into my Setting --> Video, the Disable Aero is not checked.
Then I went to my Window Capture --> Properties: Window: Sai (Entire Window), The only thing isn't checked is the Capture Layered Windows and Use point filtering.

Aero is the transparent/glass theme style for Vista/7. It needs to be enabled for an OBS window capture source to track a window when it's behind other programs. Unchecking the "Disable Aero" box in OBS does not mean the option is turned on (it only controls whether OBS tries to disable it), so please use the link provided.
