Overflow room projection

I am trying to establish an overflow room for my church. I am using a ptzoptics camera with hdmi over Ethernet extension. I can project to the TV but I cannot get the delayed audio to also project. When I do get audio it is real time while the video is delayed. I have a sync delay on my recording output and it is synced. Is there a way to send my recorded output to my overflow TV? Or is there a better way to do this?

Look into the Audio Monitor plugin by @Exeldro. It allows you to send the program audio to any device (HDMI audio to your overflow TV, if your computer HDMI output also carries audio).
