Bug Report Overclock good for games but bad for OBS

The problem with overclocking is that you're running things out of spec. Also with most modern CPUs they will downclock themselves if they get too warm. Combine that with OBS (I think) using AVX (which means an automatic downclock on all Intel CPUs) and you're asking for potential issues.

Now I'm not saying that you can't overclock at all (I had an Intel i7- LGA2011 that ran at 3.4GHz OC'd to 4.2GHz and never had any issue with OBS), but you have to be careful about such, esp. if you push the overclock and/or your system hard.
