Question / Help Overall Frame Rate is Reduced by 20 FPS

Hello everyone. I have a potential issue that is somewhat unique but seems to be quite common. I've been recording game play with OBS Studio on-and-off for the past 6 months now, and I really like the software. But there is one thing about it that annoys me, and that is the overall frame rate hit when playing games and recording with OBS Studio. It's what keeps me going back and forth between OBS and GeForce SHARE (which, if I'm being honest, I'm not a huge fan of SHARE most of the time). I find that when I record with OBS while playing a game, usually the overall frame rate gets reduced by about 20 - 25 fps, which is a bit insane in my opinion given my hardware. I know SHARE is actually able to capture directly from the frame buffer, hence the low performance impact.

I am curious if anyone may have an idea as to why this is happening and what I may be able to do to lessen the performance impact of recording with OBS. I know there will always be an impact, that's unavoidable. I'm just trying to figure out ways to get it as low as possible. Keep in mind that there are no problems with the recordings I make, they all usually turn out great and the frame rate in the videos stays consistent. My hardware is as follows:

Intel Core i7-8700k @ 4.3 GHz
GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
16 GB G.Skill 3200 MHz RAM
250 GB Samsung 850 Evo (I save all of my videos to this drive, which my OS is stored on. All of my games are located on other hard drives.)

I record at 1440p60 using NVENC. I'll upload a copy of a log file for reference. Keep in mind that I am using Display Capture for Destiny 2 (which may not be helping much with performance in that regard), however I have found the performance impact to be similar even when using Game Capture.

EDIT 1: I have uploaded another log file, this time while capturing me playing Overwatch.
