Question / Help Output settings for maximum quality.

I've just joined this forum to gain a greater understanding of how to get the best out of OBS.

I've been having loads of problems with frame rates when shooting video on my iPhone and Logitech C930e and trying to sync audio. I learnt that iPhones only shoot in variable frame rates and so does my Logitech C930e!!

This is when OBS came to my rescue! It seems recording videos directly into OBS using my Logitech C930e allows it to shoot at a constant 30FPS.

What I'm trying to understand is how to setup OBS to get the maximum quality output.

My videos are mainly used to upload to youtube, Facebook and to put on websites.

I'm using a MacBook Pro.

I use Final Cut Pro X to edit the videos.

I've attached screenshots of the settings I am currently using. I want to shoot in 1080 HD.

Any help would be greatly received.
