Output (scaled) resolutionn

I can't see the option for 1080p under output (scaled) resolution, I'm using AMD as hardware

Naah I can't man. the only option I have is this.. And my common fps value is at max 30 can't even go 60

You probably configured Facebook as streaming service, this limits output resolution and fps to the values Facebook recommends.
