Bug Report Output is at wrong resolution

So i've set OBS to record and output at 1366x768 yet for some reason it recorded my videos in a blurry/fuzzy quality. inspecting the video it says that resolution is 1364x768. After enabling rescale output to my screen resolution now the video quality is even worse and the recording resolution is 1368x768..... like wtf? Why doesn't it record at the selected resolution?

Please can you check your Settings, Video tab and include a screen shot if possible, from the logs it looks like what you are seeing is expected
