Question / Help Output In One Big File?

I'm and attempting to record a replay for an iRacing league I am in, which I will then need to run with a program that places an overlay with race information in it. To do this I need the video to be one file. But when recording it with OBS it outputs in two 3.8 gb files and one 900 mb file for 8.49 gb total. Is there a setting I need to change to make one continuous file or is it something to do with my PC?

I have tried with the internal hard drive that Windows is installed on, as well as a second internal hard drive I have. And I am using OBS with no plug ins or anything, just installed and began recording, no changes.
