Hi.
So I've been having problems when streaming+recording games (at the same time) like GTA V and PUBG where when I play, I get around 70-80fps, but on OBS it says it is only putting out 20-30fps on stream. I have my stream set to output at 60fps (5,000 bitrate/720p). When I stream CS:GO or Insurgency, OBS streams it at 60fps. I have an Intel i7-7800x (6-Core Overclocked to 4.4ghz), GTX 960 4GB SSC, and 16gb DDR4 RAM. I also run NZXT CAM whenever I stream to watch my CPU+GPU temps and load, and I notice that the CPU load never goes over 35%. I go into details and turn OBS's CPU priority to "Realtime", but that does not seem to help. Is there anyway I could use more of my CPU to make OBS stream at 60fps in those games?
Sorry if this is confusing, this is my first fourms post.
