Output FPS is so so so bad

Hey, i've been using obs for 1 day and ive been trying to fix this issue all day today, my gameplay fps is fine, it's at 90 fps but when i see my recording, the fps is just so bad. Words cannot explain how bad the fps is. I have no idea why my output is at 1 fps while my gameplay is at 90 fps. Im sick of this, obs always having issus
 

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
