Question / Help Output Failed?

Hello,
So i came to stream tonight and began receiving:-

'starting output failed. Please check the log for details.
Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date.'

GTx 1070ti, had no problems till the update (25.0.1), streamed lst weekend no issue.
possible i could have change a setting by mistake. Though i can stream using x264

NVENC max texture size is 4096 x 4096.
