I've been running a very stable stream at a bitrate of 6000 kbps in 1080p at 60 fps for quite some time now with absolutely no issue. Earlier this week while streaming, I noticed my output bitrate suddenly drop to roughly 2000-3000 kbps. The issue has persisted ever since then and I occasionally now see it jump up to 11000+ kbps and then back down to the lower range stated before. As a result, frames are dropping like crazy. Also, my settings have not changed at all in over a month.
In an attempt to pinpoint the issue, I've done the following and yielded no improvements in performance:
-Unplugged from router routed directly to modem
-Multiple power cycles and resets on both router and modem
-Swapped ethernet cables
-Lowered bitrate from 6000 to 3000 kbps
-Ran TwitchTest/Used different servers
-Lowered resolution to 720 and fps to 30
-Used both NVENC and x264 encoding
Attached is a log from a test run using the Twitch inspector with little to no background processes running.
