Our video capture box device cannot be detected by OBS

We are Video capture device hardware developer, one of our USB 2.0 video capture box device cannot be detected by OBS. What should I do? Please help.
 
Can you offer any more information? What platform? What API are you expecting to use?

Since your device is USB 2.0, is it safe to assume you're encoding video before sending it over USB in order to fit it under USB 2.0 bandwidth?

What is the exact problem you're encountering?

Yes, you are right. Our device encode video using h.264 and send under USB 2.0.

If you don't have UVC drivers then you're pretty much out of luck. We aren't implementing any more bespoke code for decoding signals from USB 2.0 devices. I'm not sure why you're even making a USB 2.0 capture card in 2020.
