I'm in the process of tuning my streaming settings and I wanted to get some quality advice of the wow, lol, fortnite stream:

What is the best between 720p / 30fps 3500 preset medium or 720p / 60fps 3500 preset veryfast?

30FPS if you're aiming for image quality, 60FPS if you prefer frame smoothness with lowered image quality during high motion scenes.
