Question / Help [OSX] Discord sound really low

Hey,

My discord sound on my recordings is very low, almost 0, while i hear it trough my headphones perfectly.

Is there an easy way, on MAC, to split my mic (usb) and the "normal" sound so i can crap up the normal audio?

I use a Behringer XENYX 302USB with a sennheiser mic.
