Alright, this is a bit confusing for me, so much that I have resorted to the OBS forum for help.
Basically, I had been streaming the game osu just for fun for a while, and it worked great. Smooth and all that.
But, one day I started up the stream (with no settings changed whatsoever) and the game just started lagging. Like slow framerate.
Now, it does this every time I begin to stream.
After testing out every bitrate and fps possible, nothing helped. I did some tests and realized that the game runs smoothly every time I tab out of the game for a few seconds, but then goes right back to lagging. I honestly don't have any idea why this randomly started happening.

There's the logfile, keep in mind the settings I have now have been changed multiple times.
