Question / Help OSB is broadcasting the wrong screen at random! Help!

I'm dual boxing two eve-online clients over 2 monitors. For some unknown reason OBS will randomly switch to my other Eve-online client by itself, even if both clients have never been minimized.

I will be moving between windows while I work (ie outlook, gotomeeting, teamviewer, etc).


How can I fix this so it will stop doing this?

*edit* this is using the game capture mode.

If I use the window capture mode, I get a LOT of dropped frames, and laggy video.
 
This is actually an issue with window capture generally, it can happen with game capture if you use the window selection as well, so you may need to use the hotkey feature instead to ensure it captures the correct window
