OSB encoder encountered a problem

Hi to everyone,

Well I'm Hunter55 from France and i've been using OBS studio, version 26.1.0 with Windows 64 for about 6 months.

All went nice for a moment, but 3 weeks ago, don't know why i began having problems with recording, I mainly use OSB to record one of my two screens with no streaming or use of a cam.
I searched a long time how to fix it and finally updated OBS.

Since then I can't record anything, everytime I try to i got the message "OBS encoder encountered a problem", i spend hours and hours on forums, tutos and all, tried a lot of different presets, desinstalled and reinstalled OBS many times and the problem is still the same; i can see the screen i wish to record in the OBS window but really no way to record anything.

About my hardware my computer features MSI MB with Intel i5-9400F, 16Go DDR4 ram and Nvidia GeForce710.

Could some please help me to fix my problem ???

Thanks a lot in advance and regards.

22:17:14.006: [ffmpeg muxer: 'simple_file_output'] ffmpeg-mux: Couldn't open 'C:/Users/33769/Videos/2020-12-30 22-17-13.mkv', No such file or directory

Looks like you set a recording directory that doesn't exist.

I just can tell this directory exists with more than 50 recorded videos with OBS in it, it's a part of my system Disk "C" with still more than 200 Go left free.

Then something is preventing OBS from writing there, bad folder permissions, antivirus, etc.

Not at all, i'm just watching some vids en recording it; so I just created a new directory on a non OS disk and i looks like working fine now.
I don't know what happened with my C/Users file...

Thanks a lot for helping me to fix the problem ;)
