Orange Screen when using window capture

Hi all,

I am using Window Capture in OBS 25.0.8 and when I select a gotowebinar screen to record, the screen is orange.

I have looked through the fourm but unable to find what might be causing this issue and how to fix it.

Does anyone have any idea that might help?
 
Hi apologies, I was using 26.1.1, I was working on a different computer that had 25.0.8 on it.

In version 26.1.1 when I click source as Window Capture and click window [g2mui.exe] GoToWebinar, the screen is orange.
@during the webinar, it does go to white at times.

I have changed the capture mode from automatic to Windows Graphics Capture (windows 1903 and up) but I am still unable to record.
 
Hi everyone, I have the same problem is there any update on how to record GotoWebminar with OBS?

Sorry to resurrect this thread but, I am having this same exact issue with GoToWebinar on OBS 27.2.4 on a Win 10 PC. Has anyone found a solution to this? I will continue to search the OBS forum. Thank you for your time and your help. Blaine
