Question / Help Options for 0,5mb/s

Hello. I want to try streaming on my PC but... i have only 0,5mb/s upload + my PC is average. What options are good for me?

Forget it. You cant get a nice stream with this low upload (specially if you are playing online and use voice like Skype, TS3 - they need some upload too). Go speak with your ISP to get more upload - or change it. Thats why i have internet over TV cable, this was the only option to get more than 1mbit/s upload here.

You will have to have an incredibly low resolution, perhaps even less than 360p, and then stream at an absurdly low bit rate, like 300kbps. It won't be pretty.
