Option to stop/start local recording when streaming

Hi,

I stream dota2 on hashd.tv and since i want to have my recordings on hdd and also want to upload them to YT later i am forced to turn off/on stream whenever i want to cut local recordings. Its unconvienient for viewers since they have to press play button to watch stream again etc.

Suggestion: add shortcut for start/stop local recording while stream is ON :)

This has been requested, currently a seperate encoder for local recordings is also a planned feature.
It will allow you to keep streaming and record locally even with a different (higher) quality.

You are indeed correct, this is an annoying thing. Totally aware of it. It probably won't be fixed for some time but it definitely will be fixed eventually as I have code in place to help out with it
