Option to display an image when no video is being captured

Something like how Dxtory does it. If you're capturing using the new video game capture, have a stock image shown if the feed is black/unavailable/tabbed out.

As was mentioned here you can put anything under game capture and when there is no image from game capture layer you will see yours less priority layers.

This is precisely when it is needed.

I just create a separate scene with an image source and switch to it on the fly.
