Optimum settings for most accurate colour reproduction when recording

Hi,
A question about colour settings for recording:
I'm setting up OBS to record 2 x 4K streams from DSLRs via CamLinks, it is for an artist that is obsessive about colour accuracy.
What are the best settings to get the best colour in the recordings? And also allow the best colour correction when editing in post?

Look ahead off?
Psycho off?

Or should I delve into the Custom Format (FFMPEG) settings

And anything else to check or uncheck while I'm creating their profile?
