Hey guys. I'm trying to stream twitch without having any lag spikes thoughout the stream. My upload speed is around 5.0 Mbps, I have an AMD Radeon r9 380 graphics card and a quadcore 3.80 ghz processor. What bitrate should I use and how should I configure my video? I want best quality but most importantly for it not to spike while streaming. Thanks guys.
