Hello,
I started using obs only a couple of days ago to digitize some footage me and my friend filmed on a Sony CCD Tr 511e camera using Hi8 film.
We are recording everything from the camera with a USB to RCA adapter cable. And it’s okay but sometimes the framerate drops dramaticly and comes back to normal a couple seconds later. What could be the issue? Cpu ussage is at 1.5-2%
My pc specs are:
GPU: RTX 3070
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3500x 3.6 GHz
RAM: 16gb
