Question / Help Optimising Settings after Monitor Change

Up until recently I had used a television as my display at a ~1376x780 resolution and I streamed League of Legends at a smooth 60fps, but it stopped working so I replaced it with a 1920x1080 monitor. Ever since, my stream will always encounter lag and skipping on Twitch.

These are all specs/settings:

The only settings I've changed are the resolution, but now it runs like shit, anything I can do to improve/any other information I can give?
