Question / Help Optimise OBS Studio Settings - I'm doing something wrong!

Hello,

I've been using OBS for a while, but I tried to change/improve some settings a few weeks back. I don't know what I did, and now the quality just isn't that good.
Almost always OBS will drop out and reconnect after about 45 mins, to an hour, and the video quality is often fuzzy and not 1080p.

I'm streaming PS4 gameplay though an Elgato HD60 Pro, and my computer is a pretty powerful girl (specs below) and my internet is the fastest you can get in the country. So I'm a bit stumped. Any help here would be MASSIVELY appreciated.

I think I must be using the wrong Rate control, or presets or something. I just need a bit of help to show me the light.
My current OBS Studio Settings are attached.

PC SPECS:
  • OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home
  • Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6800K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
  • Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB
  • Total Physical Memory 31.9 GB
  • Available Physical Memory 26.2 GB
  • Total Virtual Memory 36.7 GB
  • GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080
  • Elgato HD60 Pro Capture Card

INTERNET:
  • 300mbps Download
  • 40mbps Upload
  • Wired Ethernet

Who can help me boost my OBS settings and get this where it needs to be?

All the best,
D
