Question / Help Optimal Stream Settings

I am trying to figure out the optimal settings for me to stream Dark Souls. Here's my current settings: http://imgur.com/a/p5H84

My upload speed according to speedtest.net is about 8-9 mbps.

The biggest issue I have right now is that the stream is behind real-time by about 7 seconds and that the audio is ahead of the video. I understand that there will be some delay, but this seems like a bit much to me.

I currently stream in 1280x720, but I may stream in 1920x1080 in the future so if you can, please provide a separate set of optimizations for that.

Lastly can someone tell me a bit about the custom x264 settings.

Why you set custom buffer to 100 kbps? Uncheck this option and try again.

I saw in another thread that it should be 1/30 of the max bitrate if streaming at 30 fps. I'll set it back to the standard. Anything else I should do?

I still have the same amount of delay.

When I stream in 1080 there doesn't seem to be a delay.

Really? Your sound is off sync by 7 seconds when downscaling to 720p, but when not downscaling your sound is not lagged?

Well, this is according to people in the stream. I will check it myself in a little bit and let you know.

Okay, sorry for the confusion. The stream does not actually have any delay between audio and video.
