Question / Help Optimal Settings

Hey I lost all the settings I had in OBS Studio so I was wondering if anyone can help me with setting everything back up? I'm looking for settings that have good quality while reducing the CPU usage.

My Specs:

Graphics Chipset: Radeon(TM) RX 460 Graphics
Memory Size: 2048 MB
Memory Type: GDDR5
System Memory: 8 GB
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor
Bitrate: 6200 kbps

Encoder : x264
Preset: Veryfast
Bitrate : 1800-2500
Resolution: 1280x720
Profile: Main
I think with these setings you may have no problems to stream.
Uou can't use 6200 for streaming because from 3500 above are for Partners.

Thanks a ton! I actually had to fiddle around with those settings a bit but it for the most part those settings worked!
