Question / Help optimal settings?

Hello!
i am having a bit of a trouble here. I streamed a while but the overall quality was bad and the ping was high when i played online games. what should i do? my internet test results: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3858655350

give up streaming as long as you are trying it with that kind of connection or accept the fact that you have low quality and high pings sometimes

there are tons of threads with the same connection like you .. search them and read through them the answers pretty much are the same for you and it makes it a lot easier

well contact your isp ask them if theres better internet available or some upload boost.
