I've been almost searching for a year now to make a good stream quality but i couldnt make a good matchup between resolution and bitrate,
CPU - AMD FX-4300
GPU - AMD Sapphire x265
SSD - 1x 120gb 1x 240 gb (kingston)
RAM - 8GB crucial
Screen resolution - 1440 x 900p

Forza horizon 3 ( monitor capture )
League of legends ( window capture )
Fifa 17 ( window capture )
