Question / Help Optimal settings for obs?

Hi i need some help with setting up obs and i would like to know the most optimal settings
for my pc these are my specs

GPU: Gefore GTX 860m
cpu Intel(R) core(tm) i7-4710HQ CPU @ 3.50 GHz (turbo boost enabled)
8 gigs of ram
win 8.1 operating system
and a upload speed of 5.6 mbps

always a good start.

but i would recommend streaming 720p30 in your case since laptops just wont be that powerful when it comes to gaming and streaming performance.
