I mainly stream League of Legends.

CPU : Intel i5 3330 @ 3.0 GHz (Turbo 3.2 , but it's disabled in Bios)
GPU : Sapphire Radeon R7 260X OC (1GB GDDR5)
Ram : 8GB of Corsair @ 1600MHz
HDD : Seagate 1TB Sata-III @ 7200RPM
OS : Windows 7 x64
Upload speed : 13.5Mbps according to testmy.net
I'd love to stream 720p60 fps , but 30 fps is fine too.
