Question / Help Optimal OBS Settings for my pc

Hi,

I have not much problems with streaming. It works fine. But my question is i have a bit lag and the gameplay is not %100 fast and not good quality.It's for the games (League of Legends & Smite). What are the best OBS settings for my PC (for live streaming)? My specs are:


Proc.: i7-4510U CPU 2.00 GHz 2.60
RAM: 8 GB DDR3
Videocard; AMD Radeon R5 HD 8500M
Internet speed: (www.speedtest.net): Ping 12 MS - Download speed: 121.69 Mbps Upload speed: 12.40 Mbps.
Mainboard: Lenovo Lancer 5A2.

No idea. Follow the guides and set up your best attempt, then post an OBS log file from that attempt, and maybe we can make some guesses with you.
