Question / Help Optimal 720p stream settings?

The pc im going to be making has a ryzen 5 2600x. gtx 1660. 16gb 3000mhz ram.
Im wanting to stream 720 p either 60 or 30 fps. i get 2 or 3 upload speed usually.
What settings are the best for best stream quality and for best playing quality

Tools > Auto Configuration Wizard

There's no such thing as "optimal" settings. They are all specific to individual circumstances, hardware, internet connection, nature of the content streamed.

If your upload is only 2 or 3 (mbps I assume?) You probably want to stick to 720p30.
