Question / Help Opinions on quality???

I used the estimator and read a few posts and such but I would like to see what everyone's actual opinion on what settings I should stream with. Sorry if this seems like an annoying post but I would just like some extra help. If I could get a recommended settings for Starcraft II and Call of Duty Black Ops II that would be the best.

AMD A10-4600M APU Processor 2.30 GHz
AMD Radeon HD 7660G
8 GB RAM
750 GB Hardrive
x64 Bit
20 MB Download / 2 MB Upload
27in Samsung Monitor (1920x1080)

I wouldn't expect too much with that AMD APU, they don't really have a lot of power to work with. I wouldn't go any higher than 480p, really. Even that might be a bit of a stretch.

Well, the problem is with this specific line of processors. They aren't really designed for lots of heavy lifting. The only way to know though is to try and see, obviously. OBS is free so you don't lose anything by trying :P

CPU Advice

Set downscale to 480p or similar low resolution
Set FPS to 25
Consider using superfast preset if you experience high CPU usage (not recommended)

Game Advice

Set quality to 7 or 8
Try lowering your quality if you experience excessive pixellation during scrolling / motion
Use game capture if possible for maximum performance.
Use window capture with Aero enabled if game capture is unavailable.

Network Advice

Your upload speed is sufficient for 480p / 720p
Recommended max bitrate: 1530
Recommended buffer size: 1530
Audio Bitrate AAC : 96
