As I can see, OBS-Studio is installed at /usr/share/obs by zypper:

Folders:
libobs obs-plugins obs-studio

decklink decklink-output-ui image-source linux-capture linux-pipewire linux-v4l2 obs-browser-page obs-filters obs-outputs obs-vst obs-x264 sndio vlc-video decklink-captions frontend-tools linux-alsa linux-jack linux-pulseaudio obs-browser obs-ffmpeg obs-libfdk obs-transitions obs-websocket rtmp-services text-freetype2

And there is the folder structure:

~/.config/obs-studio
basic global.ini logs plugin_config plugins profiler_data README.md README.md~ updates

I would like to install the Advanced Scene Switcher 1.23.1 but it does not appear.
Where must I copy the files. Must I build them from the source for opensuse or can i use the zipfiles.
