Ok so this most likely has something to do with the fact that there are 32 bit Plugins and 64 Bit plugins and 64 bit OBS only works with corresponding 64 bit VST plugins. Now after I've dialed in all the VST plugins in the 32 bit OBS and accidentally opened the 64 bit one, it basically saw that I was using none of the 64 bit Plugins, cleared all the effects and went ahead and saved that as a default preset so when I actually go back to the 32 bit OBS, it TOO has lost all the VST effects... -_- So much work configuring the inserts lost
