Question / Help Opening OBS makes game feel like 60 fps

When I open OBS it makes my game feel as I am playing on 60 fps, so it is not enjoyable when playing at all therefore I would like a solution so I can play and enjoy streaming at the same time. I've searched a few solutions like disabling game bar and checking if the resolution changes in Nvidia but that has yet to resolve my issue. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
