i get OpenCL error when i stream CSGO with latest version of OBS, never had that before. i dont even have OpenCL enabled in the x264 settings

Your video card disappeared from the system. Please check for possible hardware / driver issues. This error can also occur if you have enabled opencl in x264 custom settings.

What if you uncheck the "Custom x264 Encoder Settings" box? I've never seen someone manually try to set opencl=false, it's already off by default if you don't set it.

This technically isn't an opencl error message, this is more of a system instability thing. Also, to turn off opencl you can just disable custom x264 settings or remove the setting. opencl=false is a bit redundant admittedly.

Also next time you can just attach the log file unzipped or put it directly in the post surrounded by code tags.

the opencl=false thing is just something i thought would fix it but apparently it didnt, as for the system stability, i have test run the system several days with looping 3dmark tests and prime95 for hours, none of them crash or so

This error basically means that the device was invalidated -- although OBS is a 3D renderer, it does not have the same pipeline as a game, and is usually run while other games are running as well, so I'm not entirely sure if a benchmarking app is quite the same. Still, that error is given by direct3d itself, and unfortunately it's a very rare error and most of the time only occurs with system instability. I pretty much almost never see that error outside of opencl usage. So for your case I don't quite know, admittedly.
