Currently, using the Profile/Scene Collection export or import functions default to the current user directory on Windows.
Instead, it should open at the last directory where a file was exported/imported. So if you exported your scene collection to "C:/Streaming/Scenes/MyScenes.json", exporting again should open the file browser at that location.
This would be a small quality of life change that would save some time.
