Bug Report Open Broadcaster stops and starts randomly while recording locally

I am using OBC to record training videos. For the first few days everything was great. I made three good videos. Now OBC keeps stopping and starting. This has nothing to do with streaming to a server. I am recording everything to my laptop. I saw other posts about the same thing happening while streaming and people pointed fingers at the bandwidth and servers. I think the bug is in OBC since it occurs when recording locally.

You probably set a hotkey you are accidentally pressing. OBS does not randomly stop and start by itself.

Thank you R1CH im a silly billy and did that and kept having split recordings
