Question / Help Open Broadcaster Software VOICE DELAY/MIC DELAY

Hey guys! I've searched EVERYWHERE on YouTube on how to fix the voice/mic delay but EVERY title includes ELGATO in them. This is my last place to go to find a fix! I don't have the money to buy it! Is there a way I can fix the voice/mic delay??!?!? I have a Headset with a microphone built with it... Please help me! I really need to fix this problem! Straight explanation please!

If you aren't using a capture card, then the Elgato fixes wouldn't apply. Just adjust the Mic Time Offset in Settings->Audio until your mic and webcam sync up, assuming that's the problem. Since... you know. You never said what the problem actually was.
