If possible you need to include the file:
C:\Users\Giannis\AppData\Roaming\OBS\crashDumps\OBSCrashDump2013-09-01_1.dmp

Please attach it to a reply if possible, either zipped or unzipped

Jim is asking you to do just what the crash message said.

As far as how to get it to Jim, well... you could just compress it with WinZIP, WinRAR, 7-Zip and attach it to a message. Just create a new reply and add the (the zip/rar/7z after you compress the dump file) as an attachment.

Thank you so much for the dump file, it helps us out a lot. People don't post them as often as they should. Anyway, at first glance this appears to be some sort of stall in the quicksync code, not entirely sure what's going on here yet.

You were right , i unmarked the ''use quick sync'' option and obs did not crash . But i need this option checked so that i can keep the ping in-game low . Can you suggest a solution to keep the ping low without crashing the program ?

But quicksync has nothing to do with ping. Ping is a network thing. Do you perhaps mean FPS? If you have ping issues, my suggestion would be to use "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings.

I have already marked the minimize network impact and ping is still high (150-250 ms ) . But once i have checked the quick sync option my ping was stable at 60 . Anyway do you know how i can further lower my ping ?

Could you please provide a logfile from before the crash and the logfile where obs crashed? Also, did you get that crash just once or does it keep crashing?

I solved the crash problem after unmarking quicksync . I know ask you if u can suggest me something in order to lower my ping except minimize network impact option .
