Only White Bars instead of Statistics Chat and informaiton

Lately i am having this issue as where i open my OBS it looks like this.
I have tried reinstalling it several times so far but it doesn't change anything.
Help is highly appreciated.
I can start stream normally and stream is looking normal as well when i start it.

Turn off hardware acceleration for browser in settings / advanced.
