Its my first time using it
After I recorded the video and i checked it in my files it said i cant use it for any commercial things ad its only personal
Can I not upload vids?

please be more descriptive? if you are talking about uploading to youtube then make sure that you dont have music or copyrighted content on your recording.

OBS does not have such a message in any form, you are free to do whatever you want with your video.

If there is such a message make sure you are not using other programs that would cause that, for example dxtory, fraps or any special audio software that plays a soundfile every few minutes.

Again OBS itself does not cause that.
