Only part of my recording was saved.

I recorded for about a hour but when I ended the recording the video was only 23 minutes long. I even checked to see how long the recording was about 57 in and it was still recording. Is there anything I can do to get the recording back?
One these logs would be it.

If setting your recording encoder to the low cpu usage preset one doesn't help, you're going to need to upgrade your computer
