Question / Help Only getting mono audio with Diamond GC500

I just purchased this capture device recently. I noticed when I was streaming it was only broadcasting in mono (only right channel) I'm wondering if there is some option I missed or if some one has the same device and is having similar issues. Otherwise if there is some option within the program to just fudge stereo let me know. Thank you!

Could you possibly post a log file of the issue?

I already fixed the issue. Just messed with the audio setting and put them to mono. So now it is broadcasting on both left and right channels.
