Question / Help Only getting black, empty video using a C920

Hey, guys,

Why am I only getting blank video (black) when recording with this (a Logitech C920)? I know the camera works. I used it before with another computer once. OBS can see and name it but gets no image from it.

Update here. I solved it. After weeks of reading things on here and elsewhere and trying anything that looked like it might work and finally posting out of desperation, installing video adapter drivers solved it. Go figure.

One further question. How do I delete my uploaded log from the website? There's no point to it now.
